Part of a small product team responsible for developing the launch range of products (86 SKUs), and have expanded the portfolio to over 300 SKUs less than 24 months from launch.
Responsible for launching a number of new categories into the range (skincare, accessories, candles), and managing the NPD process from concept to launch for all projects within those categories.
Focus on sourcing the best of the best formulas from around the world, launching a large volume of SKUs with fast speed to market, with a conscious effort to source environmentally friendly packaging.

Responsible for managing all NPD projects from concept to launch, across colour cosmetics and accessories categories.
Working with the creative director, Alex Box, and other MUAs to design collections and create innovative products to accomplish specific creative goals.
Focus on launching innovative, professional-quality make-up, within desired commercials, and well as streamlining existing range and sourcing new suppliers to maximise product margins.

Formulation and testing of products across the No7 and Boots Laboratories brands. Working with emulsions (O/W, W/Si), surfactant systems and SPF products from formula development, through to stability, compatibility and solar testing, as well as checking artworks for regulatory compliance and ensuring all claims had been substantiated.
July 2010 - July 2011
Working on the re-formulation of a number of existing commercial products (Bonjela, Reflex Gel, E45) to ensure no loss of sales due to updated regulations (REACH).
